Our gear is engineered for real everyday use. As our products evolve, our warranty reflects the design and construction behind each generation — clearly and fairly.
Proof of Purchase Required (Non-Negotiable)
Warranty coverage requires proof of purchase.
If proof of purchase cannot be provided, warranty eligibility may be limited or denied, and coverage will default to a 1-year limited warranty at our discretion.
What Counts as Proof of Purchase
Accept any one of the following:

Order number from your website

Receipt or invoice (digital or printed)

Amazon order ID

TikTok Shop order screenshot

Gift receipt
If proof of purchase cannot be provided:

Warranty defaults to 1-year limited coverage, regardless of buckle type

Replacement may be offered at a discounted replacement rate, not free
For Cash / No-Receipt Purchases
We have a Physical Product Verification Policy.
For in-person or cash purchases where a receipt is unavailable, warranty coverage may be determined using product photos and purchase details.
In these cases, warranty coverage defaults to a 1-year limited warranty unless purchase date and eligibility can be reasonably verified.
🔒 Lifetime Buckle Warranty — New Teeth-Ratchet Buckles (2025+)
Belts purchased in 2025 or later that feature our new teeth-ratchet buckle design are covered by a lifetime buckle warranty.
If the buckle fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during normal everyday use, we will replace it.
This warranty applies only to belts equipped with the teeth-ratchet buckle system introduced in 2025.
⏳ 1-Year Buckle Warranty — Lever-Ratchet Buckles (All Purchase Dates)
Belts equipped with our earlier lever-ratchet buckle design — including those still available for purchase — are covered by a 1-year limited buckle warranty from the date of purchase.
This applies regardless of when the belt is purchased and reflects the design and warranty terms for that buckle system.
🧵 Belt Strap Warranty (All Belts)
All belt straps are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This covers manufacturing defects such as:

Structural or bonding failure

Stitching defects

Material separation under normal everyday carry use
Straps are a wear item, and this warranty protects against defects — not normal wear.
How We Determine Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage is determined by buckle type, not appearance or product name.
If you’re unsure which buckle your belt has, our support team can quickly identify it using your order details or a photo.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear, break-in, or cosmetic changes

Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation

Damage caused by cutting the strap incorrectly or outside sizing guidelines

Why We Structured It This Way
We don’t offer lifetime warranties as marketing slogans.
The lifetime buckle warranty reflects a real engineering upgrade — the result of refining materials, locking geometry, and load paths. When a design earns that level of confidence, we back it accordingly.
Older designs are still solid, proven, and supported — just under the warranty terms that match their construction.
