Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from us.

If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price using your original payment method. 

This does NOT include any customization charges or sale items.

All items returned or exchanged must be unused and in the same condition as when received. 

Restocking Fee & Non-Refundable Charges

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

Refunds will only be issued to customers whose account has not applied a loyalty or promotional discount (including our post-purchase Thank You discount) tied to the original order. If a promotional code issued as a result of a prior purchase has been redeemed, that prior order becomes ineligible for a refund. Any such promotional discount used will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the restocking fee.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to exploit our promotional program.

Defective or Damaged in Transit:

For all defective products please contact us via our contact form.

For items that were damaged in transit you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made for equal value products. If you are exchanging for a new item that is higher priced than the original item being exchanged, you will be charged for the difference in the price. We'll refund you the difference if the new item costs less.

Belt Straps

All of our belt straps are cut to fit and may not be exchanged or returned if cut.

Shipping Costs

If requesting a refund, we ask that you pay the cost of shipping the item back to us.

If you are asking for an exchange of an item, we will split the cost of shipping. Just pay to ship it back and we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you. 

Gifts

We are happy to exchange items or issue a merchandise credit for gifts that are returned to us within the 30 day time limit. We use the estimated delivery date for calculating the 30 day return period with gifts.

Confirmation of Receipt and Processing Times

We will notify you by email of the status of your refund / exchange after we have received and inspected the item(s). If we approve your refund / exchange we will quickly initiate any refund or the shipment of your exchanged item(s).

Depending on the policies of your credit card company, please plan on up to 7 days (for refunds) and 10 days for receipt of your new item(s) shopped as an exchange.

Return for refund, Exchanges & Shipping Costs are all to be done directly with the retailer you purchased from.
