Economy Shipping (5-8 Days): FREE over $75

Economy Shipping (5-8 Days): $9.99 Under $75

Standard Shipping (3-4 Days):  $12.99

Express Shipping (1-2 Days):  $19.99

Orders ship within 24-48hrs, but there can be delays due to Sale Specials, extended Holidays, and/or unforeseen events. 

Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST will usually complete processing on the next business day and ship either that day or the next business day. Please keep this in mind when selecting express shipping.

All shipping times are stated in Business Days (does not include holidays and weekends) and does not include Saturday delivery.

Should any issues arise with the delivery time, we’ll contact you by phone or e-mail. We will not cover the cost of re-sending the package if the address provided by the customer is incorrect.

A package that has not been picked up by the customer from the post office and is returned to sender is always considered returned goods. Upon return the customer will be contacted and credited for the order minus the shipping cost. We do not resend returned packages.

Please inspect the package when picking it up. If the package or products have been damaged during transportation, make an accident report immediately to the post office. Then contact us. Please note that failing to pick-up the package from the pick-up point is not the same as canceling the order.

To ensure that your package is appropriately delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Also, make use of the tracking information that is provided when your order ships so that arrangements can be made to obtain your package upon delivery.

If your order is returned non-deliverable, we will issue a refund for the net price of your item(s) LESS the shipping/return charges.

Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the delivery service responsible for shipping your order. We are unable to issue refunds for packages that tracking shows have been delivered.

Packaging

The packaging materials that are used during shipment are designed to keep the contents of your order safe from damage or mishandling. Occasionally, a shipment will be received with damage to the packaging, but because the packaging is designed to protect the products that we ship, compensation will not be offered for packaging damage alone. If the actual items in your shipment are damaged, please contact us right away so we can arrange for compensation or replacement.

In an effort to be more eco-friendly, we occasionally will ship items in recycled boxes which may contain descriptions unrelated to the products inside. This practice allows us to minimize costs on packaging which then is reflected into lower prices on our items. Please be sure to inspect the actual items inside of the packaging before refusing a shipment due to incorrect information on the boxes.
